Request Process

  1. Submit your account deletion request via app flow or the form below.
  2. Identity verification and additional security checks may be required.
  3. After request intake, profile visibility may be removed and access can be terminated.
  4. Eligible data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized under applicable law.
Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. Some records may be retained temporarily for security and legal obligations.

Records that may be retained for a limited period

  • anti-fraud records
  • user reports and moderation history
  • records required by legal obligations
  • records needed for dispute resolution

For legal obligations, anti-fraud controls and security investigations, limited records may be retained temporarily.
