1. Acceptance and General Terms
These Terms and End User License Agreement govern Oopsy services. By downloading or using Oopsy, you accept these terms. Oopsy is strictly 18+.
2. License
Oopsy is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license for personal use.
3. Apple Clause
If obtained via Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement.
4. Digital Purchases and Refunds
Purchases are handled via Apple App Store / Google Play. Oopsy does not store card data. Refunds and cancellations are subject to store rules.
5. User Content
Users are primarily responsible for their content. Oopsy may remove unlawful content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, and cooperate with authorities.
6. Moderation
Oopsy may use human moderation and technical risk review workflows. Critical reports are targeted for initial review within 24 hours.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- underage use
- impersonation and fake profiles
- fraud, harassment, threats and stalking
- unauthorized disclosure of private data
- bot/scraping/security abuse
8. Photo Verification
Photo/selfie verification may be requested. Separate consent is obtained where biometric processing is legally required.
9. Deletion and Termination
Users may request account deletion via in-app flow or destek@oopsylive.com. Oopsy may suspend/terminate accounts for security or policy violations.
10. Disclaimer
Oopsy cannot fully control offline interactions between users. Users are responsible for their own offline decisions and caution.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
12. Changes
Terms may be updated and become effective as published.
