This Privacy Policy is prepared for personal data processing activities related to Oopsy mobile app and https://www.oopsy.live website operated by Furkan Dindar. Oopsy is designed for adults aged 18+ only.

• user-generated content and messages
• technical and security logs
• purchase and transaction records
• special categories and biometric verification data where legally required and consented

• account creation, matching, messaging and platform operations
• fraud prevention, moderation, reporting and security
• payment verification and legal compliance
• support, deletion requests and dispute management

Data is processed under contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, protection of rights, and explicit consent where required. Special category and biometric data is processed with separate explicit consent where legally necessary.

Oopsy is strictly 18+. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if underage use or false age declaration is detected.

Data may be transferred to service providers and competent authorities as legally required. International transfers, including infrastructure providers, are handled with legal safeguards and separate consent where required.

Purchases are processed via Apple App Store and Google Play official infrastructure. Oopsy does not store card data.

Data is retained for operational and legal retention periods. Limited records may be retained for security, anti-fraud and legal obligations.

Users may request deletion via in-app tools or destek@oopsylive.com. Data is deleted/anonymized where applicable, with limited legal and security retention exceptions.

Users may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, objection and compensation under applicable law including KVKK Article 11.
